When placing a reservation, please ensure that your email includes the following details: the number of participants, preferred tour date, contact information, selected excursions, and any specific requests. Prices listed on the website pertain to the cost per person.

Upon the initiation of the service, the customer implicitly accepts the terms and conditions.

4x4Azores disclaims responsibility for inaccuracies in email addresses or the failure to deliver emails.

If your booking confirmation is not received, kindly request a resend, including the details of the already paid booking confirmations.

Email confirmation will be provided for all online reservations. Following any payment, it is imperative to email us the proof of payment.

Activities involving Moto4/Quad are inherently risky. Booking implies acknowledgment of the physical demands and natural aptitude required for these activities.

All drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driving license. Legal guardians of underage passengers assume liability. Passengers under 14 are not recommended for motorcycle/Quad tours. Alcohol use is strictly prohibited before and during tours. Drivers must read and sign our driving terms and conditions and acceptance disclaimer.

Mandatory civil liability insurance covers all our activities and passengers.

We disclaim responsibility for any damages or losses incurred by the Customer during activities outside our designated circuits.

We do not assume liability for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings throughout our tours.

The vehicle’s insurance solely covers damages to third parties; there is no coverage for self-inflicted damages. The driver bears full responsibility for damages incurred during the activity.

Clients are kindly urged to respect the diverse customs in the Azores. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the tour without a refund.

Our representative/guide holds the authority to decide on tour cancellation, and their decision is final.

In the interest of safety, your Guide may need to make decisions during the tour.

Compliance with this condition is imperative for clients; failure to accept and adhere may lead to tour discontinuation without a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the agreed location.

Due to the nature of the service, 4x4Azores is not accountable for delays in arrival or departure. We strive to ensure punctual departures and arrivals.

We retain the right to modify itineraries at our discretion due to unforeseen situations, including changes based on weather conditions and customers’ driving abilities. While we strive to minimize such changes, if necessary, we will substitute with alternative itineraries of equal value.

Upon confirming your reservation, all pertinent information will be promptly sent to you.

4x4Azores may cancel all or part of a tour due to extreme weather, adverse weather alerts, natural disasters, strikes, civil conflicts, terrorist activities, fire, flood, or similar conditions.

Continuously enhancing tour quality, we may include new attractions to enrich our offerings.

We reserve the right to adjust rates at any time, maintaining the existing rate for confirmed bookings.

Please note that the presence of QUAD AZORES TOURS logos on our vehicles is not guaranteed.

If our fleet is insufficient, we may hire vehicles with similar features and QUAD AZORES TOURS guides. We aim to minimize such situations.

We reserve the right to alter advertising brochures at any time.

4x4Azores cannot be held liable for any weather conditions that might impact the tour’s itinerary. In the event of adverse weather, we reserve the right to cancel the scheduled tour, and Customers will be promptly notified of such situations.

The Client is required to disclose in writing any physical condition or medication that may affect their participation.

By confirming our services, the Client acknowledges full responsibility for any damage or loss they may cause.

Complete payment for any loss or damage is to be settled on-site directly to our representative/guide.

Refusal to comply will make the Customer accountable for all claims (including legal costs) resulting from their actions. The customer must sign a disclaimer with the following conditions:

Adhere to all information provided by the tour guide from the activity company.

Assume full responsibility for any damage to the vehicle and equipment used during the activity.

Acknowledge that the vehicle’s insurance only covers damages against third parties; the driver is fully responsible for damages during the activity.

Acknowledge that damages may range from €50 to €5,000.

Prohibit abusive driving, skidding, and behavior endangering the activity’s proper functioning; violation may result in expulsion.

Follow the defined route in the activity.

Be aware of the risks involved in the activity and assume responsibility for any damage to personal property or physical integrity.

Possess the physical and mental condition necessary to undertake the proposed activity.

Upon making your reservation, you will receive details about the meeting point. Please note that we do not offer pick-up or drop-off services for our Quad and Buggy tours.
